Meet Dr. Timothy Stiff, D.C.
Dr. Timothy James Stiff is a seasoned chiropractor with a strong background in kinesiology, athletic performance, and patient-focused care. A Jacksonville, Texas native, he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College after completing studies in kinesiology at Sam Houston State University and the University of Texas at Tyler.
Since 2005, Dr. Stiff has owned and operated Strategic Chiropractic, serving patients across Texas in cities like Baytown, Clifton, and Jacksonville. His career includes work with Woodville Chiropractic, Darr Chiropractic, and The Joint Chiropractic, blending clinical expertise with hands-on sports and rehabilitation training.
Dr. Stiff has also taught health sciences as an Associate Professor at Lee College and Jacksonville College and is the owner/instructor of an MMA, Karate, and BJJ academy in Clifton. A lifelong martial artist and wellness advocate, he enjoys golf, working out, and spending time with his grandchildren. Throughout his career, he’s had the privilege of working with professional athletes from MLB and the Radio City Rockettes, as well as supporting countless high school and college athletes on the sidelines as a trainer and coach.
